If a event fills up, we will start selling "Wait List" tickets.  Please order a no-cost wait-list ticket the same way you do a regular ticket. Be sure to order the number of wait list tickets for your group.

Up until the convention starts, and ticket(s) become available, we will reach out to the first name on the list via email. That person will have 24 hours to reply to the email; if no response has been received, the next person on the list will be contacted and will also have 24 hours to reply. 
 
Note: We will not split up parties: if you have registered for two wait-list tickets and one ticket becomes available, we will reach out to those people who only want one ticket first.  Only when we have the number of tickets available for your whole group will we reach out to you.
 
After the convention, you need to stop by the booth and confirm your spot on the wait list and include a cell phone number. If a cancellation happens after the convention starts, you will have 2 hours to respond to a text if you want the space.  
 
All ticket reservations will be handled online - exceptions will not be made.
